摘要
【目的】确定新疆番茄果实生长及其加工过程中的霉菌组成,了解不同加工番茄产地所分离霉菌的差异与分布特征以及是否有产毒霉菌污染。【方法】对番茄生长与加工过程中不同环节进行样品采集与霉菌分离,并根据菌落形态特征、显微特征、生理生化和ITS序列分析等方法对分离获得的霉菌进行鉴定。【结果】共分离鉴定45株霉菌,曲霉为优势菌17株,其次为青霉9株,镰孢菌6株,赤霉菌4株,木霉2株,其它类型霉菌7株。【结论】番茄生长土壤与番茄果实中均分离鉴定出产毒真菌黄曲霉菌和木贼镰孢霉,从番茄叶片中分离到产毒真菌尖孢镰孢菌。
[Objective]The purpose of this program was to determine the component and distribution of tomato mold from different areas duing its growth and processing,to know its difference and make sure whether it was contaminated with mold producing toxins.[Method]Samples were collected from its growth and processing and mold was isolated,and colony shape,micro -character,physiology and biochemistry and ITS sequence were all used to identify the isolated mold.[Result]Results showd that out of 45 mold isolates,17 Aspergillus,9 penicillium,6 Fusarium,4 gibberella,2 Trichoderma and 7 others were found.[Conclusion] Mycotoxins producing mold Aspergillus flavus and Fusarium equisetic were identified from the soil and the fruit of tomato,and Fusarium oxysporium was isolated from tomato leaves.
