亩旺特对新疆北疆地区苹果绵蚜的防效

Efficacy of Different Pesticides against Eriosoma lanigerum(Hausmann)

【目的】通过田间试验明确亩旺特240SC不同剂量对苹果上检疫害虫苹果绵蚜的田间防效,为生产应用提供技术参考。【方法】试验采用随机区组排列,每小区采用定株、定枝,每株按东、南、西、北、中各方向选取一个枝条,所标记的枝条大小一致,记录枝条上活苹果绵蚜的虫落数。施药前调查1次,药后3、7、14、21和28 d分别调查各处理小区定点株上残留活虫数,计算虫口减退率,并与对照区比较,计算校正防效。【结果】使用亩旺特240SC 3 000倍液防治苹果绵蚜,其药效显著、持效期长,药后28 d的防效最高可达到91.11%。药后14 d调查以亩旺特3 000倍药液防效最好,防效可达到80%以上。乐斯本1 000倍液在14 d之前的防治效果均高于亩旺特4 000倍液、5 000倍液,但药后21、28 d防效开始降低,亩旺特3种剂量的处理仍能保持较好的防效。【结论】在新疆苹果棉蚜发生区选用亩旺特240SC 3 000倍药液可有效控制苹果绵蚜的发生和危害。

[Objective]The purpose of this research was to test the efficacy and dosage of Movento 240sc to Eriosoma lanigerum（Hausmann）,and provide the reference to the production application.[Method]The test used random arrangement,and in every village plants were selected,that is,one branch was chosen in each direction;east,south,west and north,The labeled branches were of the same size,and nymphae number on each branch was recorded.Residual live worms on the branches were investigated after 1,3,7, 14,21,28 days later when the medicine was used and the reduced rate was counted.The effect was compared with the controlled zone and the calibration control effects were calculated at last.[Result]The use of Movento 240 sc 3000 times of liquids of Eriosoma lanigerum（Hausmann） had remarkable effect for a long period of time.The effect could reach as high as 91.11%after 28 days.14 days later after the treatment,the investigation revealed that the control effect of Movento 240 sc 3000 times solution was the best,and control effect could reach more than 80%.Chlorpyrifos 1000 times liquid in the control effect before 14 days was higher than Movento 240 sc 4000 times liquid leavened,5000 times liquid,but 21 days or 28 days later the effect started to reduce.3 doses of Movento 240 sc processing can still keep good control effect.[Conlusion] Movento 240 sc 3000 times of liquids can effectively control Eriosoma lanigerum＇s（Hausmann） occurrence and harm.
