根据PCB制造设备要求,设计了以PLC为控制核心、CompoBus/S现场总线为控制结构的压合回流线控制系统。详细阐述了回流线系统控制结构设计、CompoBus/S网络组建和软件设计。实际应用表明,系统通过CompoBus/S现场控制总线实现了集中和现地控制,达到良好效果,提高了生产效率。

According to PCB manufacturing equipment requirement,lamination reflow machines control system based on the control core of PLC and the control structure of CompoBus/S fieldbus.The control system structure design,CompoBus/S net construction and software design are described in detail.The application shows that the central and local control was realized by CompoBus/S fieldbus in this system and the production efficiency has been greatly increased.
