摘要
针对浮法玻璃熔窑温度控制系统的大时滞和非线性等特点,设计了一种自适应模糊Smith控制方案。把Smith预估控制原理和模糊控制的自适应调整方法结合起来,利用Smith预估器对模糊控制进行有效的补偿,使二者的结合对于大时滞系统的控制可以达到优势互补。工程应用表明,该方案具有很强的鲁棒性和良好的控制品质。
According to the non-linearity,time delay and strongly coupling of the temperature control in the glass furnace,a control system based on adaptive fuzzy Smith control system is proposed.Smith predictive control principle and the fuzzy controller are integrated,taking advantage of the effective compensation using the Smith predictive to the fuzzy control.The project application shows that this project is rational and effective.
