摘要
燃油炉温度控制系统受到干扰后,希望系统能够迅速回到给定值,所以PID参数的设定至关重要,目前燃油锅炉调节器PID参数均在现场通过试凑法调整,这需要燃油炉反复启停,人为因素较大,费时、费力并且动静特性较差。该文根据劳斯稳定判据,推导调节器数学模型,然后利用Matlab进行系统仿真,通过调节PID参数使系统动静特性处在较优状态,然后以此参数指导现场调节器参数整定。
When the temperature of the oil furnace control system is disrupted,we wish it quickly return to a given value,so the PID parameters is important.Now the boiler PID parameters are in the field to adjust through trial and error method,which requires oil furnace repeatedly start and stop,the error is larger,waste human and time.According to Rolls-stability method derived math model,then Matlab simulation control system and adjusting the PID parameters,adjust static and dynamic characteristics of the system in optimum condition,and then guide the field adjustment parameters.
