摘要
φ5m立式风洞旋转试验装置是为开展飞机尾旋特性研究而研制的重要基础设备,主要用于测定模型在绕风轴以不同速率作等速旋转状态下的气动特性,为飞机尾旋特性的分析和预测提供必要的气动参数,可以开展旋转天平试验、动导数试验、大迎角试验、旋转/振荡耦合试验等。该装置控制系统主要采用了西门子自动化与驱动产品。介绍了装置结构、控制系统组成、功能和解决的关键技术问题,实现了多自由度耦合运动控制与姿态精确定位控制,各项技术指标满足试验要求。
The rotary test set in Φ5 m vertical wind tunnel is a kind of important basic equipment which is designed and established for research of airplane spin characteristic. It is mainly used for observing aerodynam- ic characteristics while the test model spins around wind flow with different velocities,and providing the neees- sary aerodynamics parameters to analyse and predict the spin characteristic. It is used for the rotary balance test, dynamic derivatives test, large incidence test and coupled rotary vihration test. The control system ot" set is mostly built up Siemens automation and drive production. The configuration, the composing of control system, function, the key technique had been settled were introduced, the coupling control of more free setup and more exactitude motion control have been realized, every technique index is adapt to desiring of the test.
