Condition Monitoring and Fault Character Research for Relief Valve of a Certain Type of Equipment

以某型装备溢流阀为研究对象,分析了常见的故障及其表现特征,选取了适于监测溢流阀故障的特征信号,设计了溢流阀的状态监测系统,并用此系统采集和分析了溢流阀发生故障时的数据,得到了不同故障发生时的故障信号特征。

The relief valve of a certain type of equipment is taken as the object. The performances and characters of the common faults is analysed, and the best characteristic signal for condition monitoring is chose. A condition monitoring system is designed, and is used in acquisition and analysis of the fault data. At last, the signal characters of different faults are summarized.
