摘要
某水下航行器涡轮机叶片工作在高温环境下,并承受非常大的离心力和气动力,这些因素对叶片的强度可靠性提出了严峻的考验。以应力-强度分布干涉理论为依据,分析了叶片根部关键点的可靠度,研究了叶片根部整体可靠性因数的分布规律,确定了叶根的危险点,所得结论对水下航行器涡轮机的设计有着重要的参考价值。
An underwater vehicle works in the high temperature environment, and endures great centrifugal force and aerodynamic force, which effect the dependability of mechanical intensity of underwater vehicle's turbine vanes strongly. Based on stress - intensity distribution interference theory,the dependability of keypoints on blade - root was analyzed, the dependability distribution of two -stage vanes was researched, and the hazardous point was confirmed. The conclusions arrived at are helpful to the design of underwater vehicle's turbine.
