摘要
为提高Φ630 mm球面车磨床进给箱体的结构刚度,以HyperWorks-Optistruct软件为平台,建立了以结构的相对密度为设计变量,以一阶固有频率最大化为目标的拓扑优化模型,实现了移频和质量减轻的优化目标,并给出了进给箱材料的最优分布图,为改善球面车磨床的动态特性提供了理论依据。
In order to increase the structure stiffness of the feed box of sphere turning and grinding machine Ф630 mm effectively, design model based on topology optimization,which is carried by the platform of HyperWorks- Optistruct, is established by making the relative density of the structure as design variables and maximizing first natural frequencies of the feed box as a objectives. The goals of frequency shift and structure weight reduction are achieved and an optimal distribution of structural material of feed box is obtained, which can provide guidance for improving dynamic characteristics of the machine tools.
