摘要
教师教育质量保证体系应由教师培养目标、教师教育课程标准、教师教育实施及教师资格认证等四个方面组成。文章结合音乐教育学科的特殊性,分析中国音乐教师教育在这四方面的特点,并认为相比于课程设置与教学方式改革等实践探讨,音乐教师教育的质量保障更首先在于观念的更新与制度的建设。
Teachers' Security System of Education Qua lity is composed of Teachers' training objects, educational curriculum criterion, educational enforcement and teachers' qualification authentication. This article combines with the particularity of music education, making an analysis on the characteristics of Chinese music teachers' education in those four aspects, moreover, it is thought that, compared with curriculum provision and reforms on teaching methods, educators should place their emphasis on the update of concept and construction of institution.
