对中国白酒香型的由来,中国白酒香型的确定及其不同香型白酒的感官特征进行了详细叙述;针对白酒市场口味的变化,提出生产企业的应对措施;指出了香型融合是白酒发展的必然趋势所在。
The origin and the determination of Chinese liquor flavor types, and the sensory characteristics of liquor of different flavor type were introduced in details. In view of the change of consumers＇ requirements, the corresponding countermeasures were put forward for liquor-making enterprises. And we believed that the integration of different flavor types was the necessary trend for liquor-making development.
