摘要
为了改善公建系统高能耗的现状而设计了一种装置——公建系统节能装置,由管道构件和自动控制两个部分组成,管道构件部分是由并联在供水管道上的一条旁路管道构成;在旁路管道上,按水流方向依次安装有合流型电动三通调节阀、管道泵和球阀;通过自控技术和供热节能装置结合,PLC根据室外温度调整PID输出参数;由4~20mA电流信号控制阀门开度,控制电动三通调节阀、管道泵,其效果是:通过调整供水与回水混合比例,来实现对公共建筑的温度控制,以达到节能的目的;装置构造简单、性能稳定、结构紧凑,可在现有设备基础上改造而成,投入资金较少,适于广泛的应用和推广。
The energy-saving device for public building system,one kind of device designed to improve the current situation of high energy consuming of public buildings,is made up of pipeline part and automatic control systems.Pipeline part is made up of a bypass pipeline paralleled on the water-supply pipeline.In the bypass pipeline,there are power driven three-way valves,pipeline pumps,ball valves according to the direction of flow.By the combination of automatic control technology and heating energy saving device,PLC can adjust PID output date.4~20 MA electric signal controlling valve opening and power driven three way valves,in-line pump can achieve a benefitable effects,that is,by adjusting the mixing ratio of water supply and water return to control the public building temperature and finally achieve the energy-saving effect.This device is suitable for a wide range of application and promotion based on its advantages:simple device,stable performance,tight structure,less investment and can be got by reforming the existing equipments.
