魏晋时期山东士人的政治理念与实践——以齐鲁文化为基点

The Political Ideas and Practice of Shandong Scholars in Wei-Jin Period——On the Basis of Qilu Culture

魏晋时期山东士人在政治思想与实践中,继承齐鲁文化的民本仁政思想,根据社会发展的需求在政治实践中不断创新齐鲁文化的政治理论,使齐鲁文化不断吸收玄学、佛教等政治思想,进而推进齐鲁政治文化的实践。魏晋政治表明:齐鲁文化的民本仁政思想对稳定政治统治有十分重要的作用,行政如果缺失了民本仁政则不利于长治久安。同时,秉承齐鲁文化的山东士人在北方十六国时期还起着保存和传播儒家文化、促进少数民汉化的历史作用。

In their political thoughts and practice, Shandong Scholars in Wei-Jin Period carried on the ＂people-oriented＂ and ＂ Be- nevolent Government＂ thoughts in Qilu culture, and unceasingly, in their political practice, brought forth new ideas to the political theory in Qilu culture on the basis of social development. Their effort had helped Qilu culture constantly absorb the political thoughts such as metaphysics and.Buddhism, and thus promote the practice of Qilu political culture. The Wei-Jin political condition shows that the ＂people-oriented＂ and ＂Benevolent Government＂ thoughts in Qilu culture played a very important role in political stability, and vise versa. Meanwhile, those Shandong Scholars who adhered to Qilu culture undertook the historical task of preserving and spreading Confucius Culture, and helping the minority peoples Chinesized in the north sixteen-member regimes.
