芦笋老茎培养料对杏鲍菇、白灵菇和真姬菇多糖含量及抗氧化性的影响 被引量:4

摘要 研究了芦笋老茎栽培料对杏鲍菇、白灵菇、真姬菇子实体多糖含量以及抗氧化性的影响。结果表明,在芦笋老茎培养料上栽培得到的杏鲍菇、白灵菇、真姬菇子实体的多糖含量差异显著,以真姬菇的多糖含量最高。3种蘑菇的子实体乙醇提取物的DPPH清除能力表现为真姬菇>白灵菇>杏鲍菇;白灵菇、真姬菇的还原能力明显强于杏鲍菇;3种蘑菇的Fe2+螯合能力表现为白灵菇>真姬菇>杏鲍菇。相关分析结果表明,3种蘑菇的抗氧化性与总酚含量之间存在一定程度的正相关性。 The influence of asparagus old stem substrate on polysaccharide content and antioxidant activity of Pleurotus eryngii,Pleurotus nebrodensis and Hypsizigus marmoreus fruit bodies were studied.No significant differences were found in the polysaccharide contents of fruit bodies among three mushrooms.The polysaccharide content of H.marmoreus fruit bodies was the highest.The capacity of scavenging DPPH by three different ethanol extracts ranged as follow: H.marmoreusP.nebrodensisP.eryngii.The reducing power of P.nebrodensis and H.marmore were significantly higher than that of P.eryngi.The chelating ability of three different ethanol extracts on ferrous ions ranged as follow: P.nebrodensisH.marmoreP.eryngii.Positive correlations were found between total phenolic content in the mushroom extracts and their antioxidant activities.
