摘要
以红肉火龙果为母本,选用白肉火龙果花粉以及红肉、白肉火龙果混合花粉作为花粉源进行人工授粉,并以自然授粉为对照,研究花粉直感对火龙果果实品质的影响。结果表明,经Duncan多重比较分析,红肉火龙果在成熟期、单果重、可食率和种子数等方面与对照差异极显著,表现出明显的花粉直感效应;在座果率、果形指数、可溶性固形物含量、种子千粒重和风味等方面与对照差异显著,存在直感效应;而在果皮颜色、果皮厚度、鳞片红色着色面积、果肉颜色、种子颜色、种子形状等方面与对照差异不显著,无直感效应。
In order to study the effects of pollen xenia on fruit quality of pitaya,Hylocereus polyrhizus(Weber) Britt Rose(red pulp pitaya) were taken as female parent,the pollens of Hylocereus undatus Britt Rose(white pulp pitaya) and the mixture pollens of white pulp pitaya and red pulp pitaya were taken as pollinating source,while the natural pollination treatment was taken as the control.After Duncan's multiple comparison analysis,the results suggested that the effect of pollen xenia was turn out to be different significantly in maturity stage,per single fruit weight,edible rate and seed quantity against the control.The effect of pollen xenia existed in fruit setting percentage,fruit shape index,soluble solid content,thousand grain weight and pulp flavor,while it didn't show significant difference in pericarp color,pericarp thickness,sepal color,pulp color,seeds color and seeds shape.
