摘要
利用毛细管区带电泳技术对曲足侎缘蝽5龄若虫和成虫的水溶性蛋白进行了研究。结果表明,在0~30 min电泳时间内,若虫和成虫分别有38个和50个蛋白质吸收峰,大部分吸收峰位于0~10 min内;大部分蛋白质种类含量较低;成虫产生了与生殖有关的蛋白质种类。
The water-solubility protein of 5 years instar larvae and adult of Mictiopsis curvipes Hsiao were analyzed by capillary zone electrophoresis(CZE).The results showed that the 5 years instar larvae and adult had 38 and 50 electropherograms absorb peaks in 30 minutes espectively,and most of them were in 10 minutes.Most of proteins were low in content.There were some new protein produced in adult which were related to reproduction.
