真菌多聚半乳糖醛酸酶的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 真菌多聚半乳糖醛酸酶是植物细胞壁果胶的主要降解酶之一,是植物病原真菌的重要致病因子。综述了多聚半乳糖醛酸酶的特性、多聚半乳糖醛酸酶基因及其特征、多聚半乳糖醛酸酶的分子进化、多聚半乳糖醛酸酶的表达调控及其在真菌致病过程中的作用。
