摘要
用高效液相色谱法测定了金煌、红芒6号和台农3个品种成熟芒果果皮中游离鞣花酸的含量。鞣花酸的提取条件为80%甲醇溶液,70℃回流3 h。色谱条件为:C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.5 mm,5μm);柱温35℃;进样体积为10μL;检测波长254 nm;流速为1 mL/min;流动相为甲醇-水-冰乙酸(50︰49.85︰0.15)。鞣花酸在2~200μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈线性关系,相关系数为0.9999。测定结果表明台农果皮的鞣花酸含量最高,金煌含量最低。
In this paper,the contents of free ellagic acid(EA) in mature mango peels of Chuang Hang,Zill and Tainung were determined by HPLC.The samples were extracted with a total volume of 30 mL of methanol-water(80∶20,v/v) in a water bath at 70 oC for three hours.The separation was performed on an Agilent C18 column(250×4.6 mm,5 μm).The temperature of the column was 35 oC and the injection volume was 10 μL.EA was eluted at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,using a mobile phase of methanol-water-acetic acid(50∶49.85∶0.15,v/v/v) at 254 nm.The linear range for the determination of EA was from 2 to 200 μg/mL with a regression coefficient of 0.9999.HPLC results showed that the content of EA was of the highest in Tainung and lowest in Chuang Hang peel.The investigation here provided a new way for the reuse of agricultural wastes such as peels and so on.
