摘要
粮食干燥实时智能控制系统的硬件采用基于RS485的现场总线,工业计算机和多点分布的温度、水分传感器、动作执行部分等组成。运用虚拟仪器技术开发了粮食干燥实时智能控制单元软件。该系统具有较高的智能化程度,可实现粮食干燥过程实时智能控制功能,提高干燥后粮食的品质,降低企业生产成本,缩短生产周期,提高生产率。
The reserach designed the hardware of the grain drying intellectual control unit and developed the software based on the virtual instrument technology.Adopted the R485 general line,this system were composed of a PC,a temperature and moisture sensor,and the operate components.It showed that this system was provided with higher intelligent degree and good practicability and could realize the auto-control function during the grain drying process.
