广东产业结构演进的劳动生产率增长效应分析——基于“结构红利假说”的实证检验

An analysis of effects on the labor productivity growth of industrial structure evolvement in Guangdong——An empirical test on the structure-bonus hypotheses

劳动力流动推动着产业结构演进,进而影响生产率的增长。在西方工业化国家,劳动生产率的提高已经成为经济增长的重要源泉。在分析广东省各个时间段产业结构变化、劳动力要素结构变化以及劳动生产率和增长率变化的基础上,利用偏离-份额法分析广东产业结构的劳动生产率效应,并对广东产业结构调整提出相应建议。

The transfer of labor force promotes the change of industrial structure,and further affects the labor productivity growth.The growth of labor productivity has become the most important sources of economic growing in western industrialized countries.This paper analyzed the change of industrial structure,the structural change of labor force and the change of the growth of labor productivity during various phases in Guangdong.Moreover,adopting the shift-share method,this paper examined the effects of labor productivity growth on industrial structure.Finally,this paper gave out some suggestions about the readjustment of the industrial structure in Guangdong.
