13CrMo44材料换热器的缺陷分析及补焊处理

摘要 通过对联合进料换热器用材料13CrMo44的化学成分、缺陷形态的分析,推断出了联合进料换热器的失效模式,即焊接过程中产生的原始缺陷是造成材质劣化的直接原因,而运行环境、时间及材料的化学成分是金属粉化的主要原因。 The failure model of the combined feed heat exchanger made of 13CrMo44 material is deduced by analyzing the chemical composition of heat exchanger material and defect form. The direct cause of the material deterioration is the original welding defects produced during the welding process, and the operating environment, time and the chemical composition of the material are the main reasons of metal pulverization.
