摘要 介绍了神华煤直接液化加氢改质装置的基本情况、能耗情况和装置设计中的节能优化措施,例如装置在检修中取消高压反应进料泵一级叶轮、循环氢压缩机3.5MPa蒸汽管线扩径、分馏塔顶空冷增加变频等,通过改造降低了装置能耗,并根据装置实际运转情况对装置接下来进行的节能改造提出了建议。 The basic features and energy consumption station of hydro-upgrading unit in Shenhua direct coal to liquid project, and the energy saving optimization measures in design are presented. Through abolishing the first impeller in the high pressure feed pump, enlarging the 3.5 MPa steam pipe leading to the steam turbine of the circulating hydrogen compressor and the adding frequency conversion to the air cooler of the overhead gas from the fractionating column, the energy consumption during production is lowered. The advices for further energy saving according to the practical production state of the unit are offered.
