角色扮演法在公共营养师国家职业资格培训中的应用

Role Playing in Communal Nutritionist Training of National Vocational Qualification

为提高学员对营养不良症状和体征判别的实践能力,将参加公共营养师国家职业资格三级(高级工)的学员60人随机分成对照组(30人)和观察组(30人),对照组采用传统培训模式与方法,观察组采用角色扮演法。结果表明:角色扮演法培训方法得到了参训学员的喜爱和肯定;观察组理论考试成绩、实践技能考试成绩、综合面试成绩与对照组相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。因此,角色扮演法在公共营养师国家职业资格培训中的应用,不仅使学员在课堂培训中掌握必备的专业知识和技能,同时还能培养学员主动探索、勇于创新的精神和与人沟通、处理实际问题的能力。

To improve their practical ability in the judgment of malnutrition and syndrome, 60 level 3 communal nutritionist trainees are evenly divided into control group （30） and observation group （30） at random. Traditional training mode and means are adopted in the control group and role playing in the observation group. The result shows ： Role playing is favored by trainees ; There are statistical differences （ P 〈 0.05 ） in between the two groups in the scores of theoretical exam, practical skill test and comprehensive interview. Therefore, the application of role playing in the training enables trainees to have a good mastery of professional knowledge and skill and the ability in active exploration, innovation, communication and practical problem solving.
