浅谈基础教育课程改革中的“精英”与“大众”问题

An Initial Study of the Issue "the Elite"and"the Popularization" in the Basic Curriculum Reform

思考现阶段我国基础教育课程改革(以下简称"新课改")下的精英教育与大众教育,探讨在教育大众化的现代发展趋势背景下如何看待精英教育,"精英"与"大众"在"新课改"中的辩证关系,不同的理念在课程改革中产生的影响,协调二者的平衡发展等问题作简要分析,并尝试提出一些初步的建议。

The paper puts forward the issue of ＂the Elite＂and ＂the Popularization＂ education in the current basic curriculum reform and probes what is＂ ＂the Elite＂ education in the background of the development of popularization education. Also it analyzes the dialectical relationship between＂ the Elite＂ and ＂the Popularization＂ , the influences various ideas bring to the reform and how to hormonize and balance both relationship. Followingly some primary proposals are tentatively raised.
