摘要
青年教师作为高职院校教师队伍的生力军,正承载着为社会直接培养高素质的应用性技术人才的重任。通过分析青年教师需求特征,提出建立适度倾斜的薪酬制度、创建青年教师个人发展的平台等有效激励机制。
As a new force of teachers in higher vocational colleges, youth teachers are beating the responsibility to directly train the high - quality applied technological talents for modern society. By analyzing the characteristics of youth teachers' demand, we propose the effective incentive mechanism including the establishment of the moderately inclined pay system, the creation of the personal development platform for youth teachers and etc.
