摘要
以人为本,构建和谐图书馆是当今图书馆工作关注的热点,也是图书馆管理工作未来发展的方向。现代图书馆引入人本管理模式,就是以馆员为基础、读者为中心,深化内部管理体制,对内搞好管理,对外提供优质服务,形成良性互动,以推动图书馆工作的健康发展。
The construction of human -oriented and harmonious library is the focus and the direction of furore development of the work of modem library. The human -oriented management mode takes librarians as the foundation and readers the centre and requires deepening the internal management system and providing quality services so as to form benign interaction between readers and librarians, pushing the development of library work.
