摘要 军用通信方舱理论计算出的冷负荷,经常忽略了舱内金属结构件的吸热量,造成选取的制热设备的制热量小于方舱实际的冷负荷量,升温达不到相关国军标的要求。在充分考虑方舱内金属结构件的吸热量之后,对方舱的冷负荷进行了计算;分析比较了几种常用制热设备的特性;讨论了制热设备的选配问题;提出了取暖设备的安装和风道设计应注意的事项。 The theoretical cooling load of a military communication shelter is often used as the basis for the heating equipment selection of the shelter.However,the amount of heat absorbed by the metallic structural parts inside the shelter is often neglected in the calculation of the cooling load,causing the amount of heat produced by the heater to be less than the actual cooling load of the shelter,thus the temperature increase cannot meet the requirements in related national and military standards.Considering the amount of heat absorbed by the metallic structural parts inside the shelter,the cooling load of a shelter is calculated.The characteristics of several kinds of commonly-used heating equipment are analyzed and compared,and the heating equipment selection is discussed.Finally,some issues to be noted in the installation of the heating equipment and the design of the air duct are advanced.
