2010年鹤壁市食品中铅、镉、铝污染监测分析

Survey of pollution of lead,cadmium,and aluminum in food in Hebi

目的了解2010年鹤壁市食品中铅、镉、铝污染状况。方法采集大米、面粉等9类食品进行铅、镉、铝的监测。结果我市食品中铅、镉、铝的检出率分别为90.79%、99.5%、97.85%;与国家标准比较,铅、镉、铝的超标率分别为0、0.10%、53.76%。结论部分食品铝污染仍然严重,应进一步加强监测,控制污染,保障人群的健康。

Objective To investigate the situation of lead,cadmium,and aluminum in food in Hebi in 2010.Methods A survey tested lead,cadmium,and aluminum was performed.Results The detection rates of lead,cadmium,and aluminum were 90.79 %,99.5 %,and 97.85 %.The rates which exceeded the national hygienic standard of lead,cadmium,and aluminum were 0,0.10 %,and 53.76 %.Conculsion The contamination level of aluminum in foods in Hebi was serious,reinforcing the surveillance and control of the food production to protect consumer＇s health should not be neglected.
