基于FAHP法的污染物排放总量综合评价与分配

A Comprehensive Evaluation Method of Polution Emission Amount and its Distribution Based on FAHP

从经济、环境、社会整体效益出发,定量与定性相结合,综合评价各因素来完成二氧化硫排放总量合理分配。考虑到影响污染物排放总量多种因素关系的模糊性,首先利用模糊层次分析法(FAHP)确定指标因子的权重,进行污染物排放总量综合评价;再利用主成分分析法(PCA)选取数目较少的综合因子作为评价的综合指标,来确定各分配单位的权重。

According to the overall efficiency of economy, ecology and society, coupled with quantitative and qualitative, this paper made a Comprehensive Evaluation of key factors affecting polution emission of SO2 to find out a more reasonable method of distribution. Firstly, FAHP was applied in the Comprehensive Evaluation Method to calculate the weight of each factor. Secondly, metheod of PCA was applied to pick out less comprehensive factors, which determined the ratio of every distribution units. Thirdly, a pratical reseach was carried out in Shandong province to test the methods of this paper.
