丙泊酚在无痛人工流产中的临床分析

Analysis of Propofol Injection in the Clinical Application of Painless Abortion

目的探讨丙泊酚用于无痛人流麻醉和手术的效果。方法将2008年1月至2008年12月自愿要求终止妊娠的560例早孕妇女,随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组在人流手术中采用丙泊酚进行镇痛麻醉,对照组采用常规局部镇痛麻醉。结果实验组和对照组疼痛缓解分别为300例和100例。人流综合征分别为0例和32例,宫口松弛分别为284例和215例,三项指标两组比较P<0.05,差异有显著性;实验组和对照组术中出血量>30mL分别为28例和21例,未见明显的不良反应,两组比较P>0.05,差异无显著性。结论丙泊酚作为静脉麻醉药应用于门诊人工流产手术具有可行性、安全性、实用性,有效地缓解了患者对人流手术的惧怕心理,缩短了手术时间,减少了人流综合征发生率。

Objective To explore the effect of propofol injection in the anesthesia and surgery of painless abortions.Methods 560 cases of early pregnancy women who required the voluntary termination of pregnancy from January 2008 to December 2008 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group in the abortion surgery was used by the propofol anesthesia for pain,the control group was used by local sedation anesthesia.Results Among the cases,in the experimental group and the control group the pain relief was respectively 300 cases and 100 cases,abortion syndrome was respectively 0 case and 32 cases,cervix relaxation was respectively 248 cases and 215 cases,the three indexes between the two groups had significant difference,P 0.05;in the experimental group and the control group peri-operative bleeding which was more than 30 mL was respectively 28 cases and 21 cases,there was no significantly adverse reactions,there was no significant difference between the two groups,P 0.05.Conclusion Propofol as the intravenous anesthesia medicine used in outpatient service of abortion has feasibility,safety,practicality,whicih effectively alleviates the patients＇ psychological fear of abortion,shortens the operative time,reduces the incidence of abortion syndrome.
