多层螺旋CT血管成像对主动脉夹层的诊断价值

Applicable Value of Multislice Spiral CT Angiography in the Diagnosis of Aortic Dissection

目的探讨多层螺旋CT血管成像(MSCTA)对主动脉夹层的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析25例主动脉夹层CT表现,应用原始数据在工作站进行MPR、MIP及VRT等后处理。结果 25例中,DeBakeyⅠ型9例,Ⅱ型1例,Ⅲ型15例,均很好地显示了主动脉全程及其分支,对主动脉夹层的破口位置、累及范围、真假腔、内膜片及夹层的旋转方向、血栓的形成得到满意显示。结论 MSCTA对主动脉夹层诊断具有重要的应用价值,应作为首选检查方法。

Objective To explore the applicable value of multislice spiral CT angiography（MSCTA） in the diagnosis of aorta dissection.Methods CT findings of 25 patients with aortic dissection were retrospectively analyzed,the CT source data were transferred into workstation and were postprocessed by using multiplanar reconstruction（MPR）,maximum intensity projection（MIP）,volume rendering technique（VRT）.Results According to DeBakey classification,there were 9 cases of typeⅠ,1 cases of typeⅡ,and 15 cases of type Ⅲin the 25 cases.Imaging could clearly show the entire aortic blood vessels and its branch vessels,the location of entry tears,the shape and size of true and false lumen,the internal membrane,thrombus.Conclusions MSCTA has the positive applicable value in the diagnosis of aortic dissection so that it shall be the first choice to diagnose this disease.
