经尿道前列腺切除术后死亡11例分析

The Analysis of 11 Death Cases after Transurethral Resection of the Prostate

目的探讨经尿道前列腺切除术(TURP)术后继发患者死亡的原因,以降低术后病死率。方法回顾性分析我院2000年1月至2010年12月间接受TURP术后死亡的11例患者的临床资料。结果术后5例患者死于经尿道电切综合症(TURS),6例患者在即将出院时发生猝死,其中4例行尸检,均提示急性肺动脉栓塞。结论 TURS与肺动脉栓塞是导致患者TURP术后死亡的主要原因。掌握手术适应症,控制手术时间,及时停止膀胱冲洗,预防下肢深静脉血栓形成是预防术后死亡的关键。

Objective To explore the cause of death in 11 patients after transurethral resection of the prostate（TURP） so as to reduce the mortality and complications.Methods To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 11 death patients after TURP from January 2000 to December 2010 in our hospital,to evaluate the main cause of death.Results Of 11 cases,5 cases died from transurethral resection syndrome（TURS）,while other 6 cases suffered from sudden death before discharging from the hospital.The necropsy which was conducted in 4 cases had showed that all of them died from acute pulmonary embolism（PE）.Conclusions TURS and PE are the main reasons that will cause death after TURP.Selecting operation indication strictly,shortening operative time,stopping bladder irrigation timely and preventing the formation of deep vein thrombosis are the key measures to reduce the death rate after TURP.
