大黄蛰虫丸辅助治疗口周皮炎的临床观察

The Clinical Effect of Rhubarb Thelepus Ball Used for Adjuvant Therapy of Perioral Dermatitis

目的探讨大黄蛰虫丸辅助治疗口周皮炎的临床效果。方法 100例口周皮炎患者作为研究对象被随机分为实验组和对照组,两组均给予甲硝唑治疗,对照组加用克拉霉素,实验组即用克拉霉素联合大黄蛰虫丸。结果实验组总有效率和一年复发率显著优于对照组(χ2=5.659,P<0.05;χ2=4.018,P<0.05),副反应率两组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论大黄蛰虫丸联合克拉霉素治疗口周皮炎,能显著提高临床效果,改善患者生活质量,值得临床进一步研究。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Rhubarb Thelepus Ball used for adjuvant therapy of perioral dermatitis.Methods 100 cases of patients with perioral dermatitis as studied object were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group.Two groups were given therapy of metronidazole,the control group were added with clarithromycin,and the experimental group were added with clarithromycin combined with Rhubarb Thelepus Ball.Results The total effective rate and recurrent rate of one year in the experimental group was significantly better than the control group（χ2 = 5.659,P 0.05;χ2 = 4.018,P 0.05）,side-reactions in two groups had no significant difference（P 0.05）.Conclusion Clarithromycin combined with Rhubarb Thelepus Ball used for patients with perioral dermatitis can significantly enhance clinical effect and improve the life quality of patients,so it deserves studying further in clinical work.
