初探针刺在法医伤残鉴定中癔瘫鉴别诊断的作用

Preliminary Study on the Effect of Acupuncture on Hysterical Paralysis Identification Diagnosis in Forensic Disability Identification

目的探讨针刺在法医伤残鉴定中癔瘫鉴别诊断的作用。方法对有明确诊断为癔瘫患者一例在心理暗示的辅助基础上,选取特定穴位,用不锈钢毫针进行刺激。结果患者在一次针刺治疗后,双下肢的肌力即时由0级变为ⅴ级,活动功能得到完全恢复。结论针刺在法医伤残鉴定癔瘫鉴别诊断实践中,具有方便简单、经济实用的优点。

Objective To study the effect of acupuncture on hysterical paralysis identification diagnosis in forensic disability identification.Methods For the patient with clear diagnosis of hysterical paralysis,to select the specific acupuncture points to stimulate with the stainless steel needle based on the aid of psychological implications.Results After the acupuncture treatment,muscle strength of lower extremities rose from 0 grade to V grade,activity function had been fully restored.Conclusions Acupuncture in hysterical paralysis identification diagnosis of forensic disability identification has easy and convenient,economical and practical advantages.
