摘要
在中职学校体育教学中,运动损伤是常见的损伤,损伤原因多种多样。不仅影响教学目的 ,而且给学生的身心健康造成了一定的伤害,是一个越来越值得广大体育教师重视的问题。本文通过总结体育教学中常见运动损伤的原因、预防与处理,从而减少和避免运动损伤,保证教学的正常进行,以利于提高教学效果。
Sports injuries are common injuries whose reasons are various in secondary technical school physical education.The majority of physical education teacher pay more attention to the issue because sports injuries can not only affect the purpose of teaching,but also hurt students in physical and mental health to some extent.The article summarized the cause,prevention and treatment of sports injuries in order to reduce and prevent sports injuries,ensure the normal teaching and improve the quality of teaching.
