摘要
心肌保护是心脏手术的重要组成部分。未成熟心肌细胞在形态结构、功能、能量代谢及对缺血缺氧耐受性方面均有别于成熟心肌,对其保护存在特殊性。本文将从预处理、外源性心脏停搏液对未成熟心肌保护作用的研究进展作一综述。
Myocardial protection is an important section of cardial surgery.There are some significant differences in cardiac function,energy metabolism and ischemic reperfusion injury tolerance between the immature and mature hearts,so exist some special protection for immature myocardium.This paper reviewed the protective effect of preconditioning and the protective role of exogenous cardiop legic solution on myocardium.
