摘要 转移是恶性肿瘤的重要生物学特征,也是临床恶性肿瘤治疗的主要障碍和肿瘤病人死亡的根本原因。而淋巴结转移是多数实体肿瘤的主要转移方式。近来研究表明,CCL21/CCR7轴在恶性肿瘤淋巴结转移中发挥着重要的作用,在肿瘤治疗方面的研究已取得显著进展。因此,对CCL21/CCR7轴的研究可能为肿瘤的靶向治疗找到新的突破口。现就其研究进展情况作一综述。 Malignant tumor metastasis is an important biological feature of the main obstacles to the clinical treatment of cancer and the root cause of cancer deaths.To the majority of solid tumors,lymph node metastasis is the main transfer method.Recent studies show that CCL21/CCR7 axis plays an important role in malignant lymph node metastasis.CCL21/CCR7 axis in cancer therapy research has made significant progress.Therefore,the study of CCL21/CCR7 axis may find a new breakthrough for tumor targeted therapy.This text is a review of the research advances on CCL21/CCR7 axis in malignant lymph node metastasis.
