廉政思想,是中国共产党与生俱来、一以贯之的高贵品质。这不仅具有逻辑上的规定性,而且具有极其厚重的历史性和极其鲜明的现实性。中国共产党的性质和宗旨决定了廉政思想是中国共产党的应有之义,党的几代领导集体廉政思想的历史演进,形成了思想上高度重视廉政建设,制度上加强廉政综合建设,措施上高压重拳严惩腐败,方法上以人为本执政为民,发展上与时俱进创新反腐等基本经验。

The Communist Party of China has worshiped a clean and honest administration since her foundation, which is not only logically regulated but also rooted in her long history and demanded by the reality. The nature and purpose of CPC has decided that a clean and honest administration is the inherent principle of CPC. With the efforts o{ generations o{ Party leaders, the Party has accumulated much experience in practicing it： the construction of such an administration must be paid close attention to; a series of stipulations must be made; any kind of corruption must be punished; our administration must always centre on people; our measures against corruption must be upgraded with time.
