摘要
中小学校长职级制是符合校长成长规律以及适应教育改革与发展需要的校长管理制度。目前,校长职级制本身还存在很多值得我们进一步思考的问题,需要我们采取措施加以改进、完善。
The rank institution for primary and secondary school principals is a principal management institution adapted to the law of principal' s growth as well as the requirement of education reform and development. Currently, there still exist many problems about the principal rank institution itself worthy of further reflecting for us, which need to be improved and perfected.
