中国特色社会主义理论体系是中国共产党的执政理念的集中表述,作为其最新成果的科学发展观又具有重大的理论与现实意义。拉卡托斯的科学研究纲领作为本文的方法论,用以分析中国特色社会主义理论体系的硬核与保护带,指出科学发展观作为保护带的作用及遇到的挑战,并以包容性增长为主要阐述对象,说明在理论体系的硬核遇到挑战的情况下保护带所做的积极调整,并为化解理论与现实之间的张力提供一些浅见。

The theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the concept of the Chinese Communist Party＇s ruling which is its main embodiment.As the latest achievements,the ＂scientific outlook on development＂is of great theoretical and practical significance.Using Lakatos＇s scientific research program as a methodology,this paper analyzes the hard core and protective belt of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,discusses the role of scientific outlook on development and its challenges,and mainly elaborates inclusive growth,indicating that when the hard core of the theoretical system is faced with challenges,how protective belt makes positive adjustments so as to protect the zone,and tries to offer some opinions to defuse the tension between theory and practice.
