Today, with the rapid development of the network, all kinds of the information service system based on web ＇also have been developed quickly. But when there was so plentiful information on web, How to provide users with in information quickly and accurately has become a hot spot in recent years for academicians. It has been proved that to analyze and build a user interest model is an effective method. In this paper, I put forward a scheme, which described how to build and dynamically update a user＇s interest model with multi - level structure based on RSS, and successes in solving the problem how to extract, describe and update the interest model.
