摘要
介绍了采用微电解-混凝沉淀-生化法处理松脂加工废水的调试操作.在微电解处理过程中,当进水CODcr为976~2 012 mg/L时,出水CODcr为262~296 mg/L,CODcr的平均去除率为79.3%;在生化处理过程中,当进水CODcr为342~415 mg/L时,出水CODcr控制在100 mg/L以下,CODcr的平均去除率为80.7%.监测结果表明,处理出水可达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的一级标准.
This study introduced the debugging of gum rosin processing wastewater treatment system by microelectrolysis - coagulation sedimentation - biochemical process. In the microelectrolysis process, when the influent CODcr was 976--2012 mg/L, the effluent CODcrwas 262--296 mg/L,CODc, average removal rate reached as much as 79.3%. In the biochemical process, when the influent CODcr was 342--415 mg/L,the effluent CODcr could be controlled under 100 mg/L, CODcr average removal rate reached as much as 80. 7%. The practical running results showed that the effluent water quality could meet the first grade discharge standard in waste warter Integrated discharge standard ( GB 8978--1996 ).
