摘要
研究了利用氟化材料在气体流化床条件下的微波分解生成四氟乙烯的方法.分别针对PTFE、PFA和FEP这3种不同的氟化材料,讨论了微波辐射频率、分解温度、反应器压力、氟化材料流经反应器的流速和微波活性粒子的用量对四氟乙烯收率的影响,为废弃氟化材料的回收利用以及氟化烯烃的热分解制备方法的研究提供了新思路,有利于企业降低成本、提高效益.
Process for producing tetrafluoroethylene from fluorinated materials by microwave - irradiation - assisted thermal decomposition is studied. Suitable conditions for decomposition of PTFE, PFA and FEP, such as microwave irradiation frequency, decomposition temperature, pressure in the reactor, feeding rate of the fluorinated materials and feeding ratio of the microwave active particles are explored. Thereby, a new idea for recycling fluorinated materials and producing fluoroolefins is provided, which is advantageous in reducing cost and improving efficiency for industrial production.
