Teaching reform and contents optimization on microbiological experiments for biotechnology

针对生物工程专业微生物学实验教学过程中存在的主要问题,结合生物工程专业的培养目标,以微生物学实验教学内容的优化整合为基础,从微生物学实验材料的选取、教学方式、实验教学安排和实验报告书写等几方面进行了初步的探索和实践,取得了明显的教学效果.

Facing on the educational situations in the teaching course in microbiological experiments of biotechnology and according to the requirements of cultivation objects,we have explored and practiced in strains selection,teaching mode,teaching plan and experiment report based on teaching contents optimization in microbiological experiments teaching,and get a perfect teaching result.
