University Towns and Higher Educational Resources Sharing

中国高等教育的迅猛扩张使办学资源配置与利用成为一个现实命题。大学城实现了高等教育资源的空前集中,而观念障碍和有效共享机制的缺失,使存量资源未能有效利用和放大,这促使我们要去培育和强化共享意识,通过物力资源、人力资源和课程资源等多种途径去实现这种共享,以有效提高大学城高校的办学效益。

The arrangement and utilization of education resources have been urgent problems with the remarkably development of higher education in China.Though resources of higher education have been concentrated by building university towns,the stock resources have not been exploited and amplified effectively due to the hindrance of conception and the lack of the effective sharing system.Therefore,it is crucial for us to cultivate and strengthen the sharing consciousness.The educational effectiveness of university towns should be improved by realization of sharing materials resources,human resources,and course resources.
