摘要
思想政治理论课教师是工科大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人,教师的语言是自身整体素质的外在表现,是制约教学效果的重要因素.我们要卓有成效地增强思想政治教育工作的凝聚力、吸引力、说服力,必须深入探讨教学实践中的高效提问、全面聆听及批评艺术等关键问题.
Teachers of ideological and political education are guiders of healthy development of the engineering student. Teacher's language is the external manifestations of their own overall quality, and also is an important factor which restricts the effect of teaching. If we want to strengthen the cohesion, attraction, persuasion of ideological and political education effectively, we should discuss the following key issues appear in effective questioning, com-prehensive listening and criticism arts of educational practice deeply.
