血糖控制达标与血清前白蛋白水平的关系探讨

摘要 目的通过观察血清前白蛋白(PA)与血糖控制的关系初步探讨其在2型糖尿病营养评价中的价值。方法检测35例血糖控制达标的2型糖尿病患者(达标组)的体重指数(BMI)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、血清前白蛋白(PA)等,并与37例血糖控制未达标的2型糖尿病患者(未达标组)和30例正常糖调节者(健康组)对照作单因素方差分析。结果三组间BMI及ALB间的差异无统计学意义。未达标组、达标组及健康组血清PA值分别为(169.69±70.13)mg/L、(187.59±46.20)mg/L和(204.37±34.04)mg/L,三组间差异具有统计学意义,未达标组明显低于达标组及健康组(P<0.05)。结论 PA与血糖控制情况有关,并可用于评价2型糖尿病的营养状况。 Objective To investigate relationship between the levels of serum prealbumin (PA) and blood glucose control in type 2 diabetic mellitus (T2DM) patients, and explore the meaning of PA in evaluation of nutritional status in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods Body mass index (BMI), serum PA concentrations and albumin (ALB) concentrations of 35 T2DM patients whose glyeosylated hemoglobin A1 c ( HbA1 c) ≤6.5 % ( healthy group) were measured. Thirty - seven T2DM patients whose HbAlc 〉 6. 5% (advanced group) and 30 nondiabetic subjects (normal group) were enrolled as controls. Results There was no difference in BMI and serum PA levels in those three groups. But the PA concentration in healthy group was markedly decreased than that of the advanced group and the normal group ( 169.69 ± 70.13) mg/L, ( 187.59 ± 46.20 ) mg/L, (204.37 ± 34.04) mg/L, P〈0.05. Conclusion PA may impact the blood glucose control status, and can be used to evaluate the nutritional status of T2DM patients.
