摘要
目的观察美宝湿润烧伤膏和美宝创疡贴治疗压疮的疗效,并探讨护理对策。方法对20例压疮患者在治疗原发病的同时,给予美宝湿润烧伤膏和美宝创疡贴治疗,并加强护理。结果经过治疗和护理,本组20例患者38处压疮,除1例心梗死亡外,36处治愈,治愈率94.7%。结论在积极的护理配合下,应用美宝湿润烧伤膏和美宝创疡贴治疗压疮疗效显著,是安全易行的治疗方法。
Objective To observe the effects of MEBO and Meibao Wounds stickers on bedsore, and then explore corresponding nursing strategies. Methods MEBO and Meibao Wounds stickers were applied on 20 bedsore patients, together with their primary disease treatment. Meantime, intensive nursing was given to those patients. Results Among 38 bedsores of 20 patients, 36 bedsores were cured. The cure rate was 94.7 %, except one patient died of myocardial infarction. Conclusion Under careful nursing, the method of the application of MEBO and Meibao Wounds stickers on the pressure ulcers was safe, simple and significantly effective.
