摘要 目的探讨快速康复外科理念(FTS)在围手术期护理中的运用。方法对腹腔镜胆囊切除患者运用快速康复外科理念实施护理,包括术前心理护理、胃肠道准备、术前针运用,术中麻醉方法选择、术后止痛、早期进食和活动、控制输液量等。结果 FTS在腹腔镜胆囊切除术乃至其他外科手术中,能够很好的改善手术患者的预后。结论快速康复外科能促进患者康复,减少患者住院时间、提高医院护理服务质量,具有广泛的社会效应和经济效应。 Objective To explore the concept of fast - track surgery (FTS) in the use of perioperative care. Methods The fast- track surgery (FTS) was applied in patients with laparoscopic surgical nursing, including the perioperative psychological care, gastrointestinal preparations, the use of preoperative needle, intraoperative anesthesia options, postoperative pain relief, early eating and activities to control the amount of fluid. Results The FTS in the LC surgery, as well as other surgical procedures, is good to improve the prognosis of surgical patients. Conclusion Fast - track surgery can promote rehabilitation, reduce the patients' stay in hospital and improve the quality of service. It has wide social and economic effect.
