老年髋部骨折患者的护理体会

Experiences of nursing old postopetative patients with hip fractures

目的探讨老年髋部骨折的护理。方法护理80例老年髋部骨折术后患者,包括预防常见并发症的护理(肺部感染、泌尿感染、血栓及血栓性疾病、电解质紊乱、压疮和心理障碍等)和整体护理(严密观察生命体征、注意伤口渗血、保持正确体位及心理护理等)。结果本组80例均痊愈或好转出院。结论精心护理对老年髋部骨折患者术后疗效具有重要意义,能进一步促进髋关节功能恢复。

Objective To investigate the nursing techniques for the old with hip fracture. Methods Eighty old postopetative patients with hip fractures have been nursed. The nursing included the nursing care of common complications （pulmonary infection, urinary system infection, thrombus and thrombotic diseases, electrolytes disturbance, pressure ulcer, psychological disorder, etc） and holistic nursing care （observing vital signs carefully, observing drain blood, keeping correct body gesture, psychological nursing ,etc）. Results All the 80 cases obtained recovery or improvement when they left hospital. Conclusion The elaborative nursing has great significance to the curative effect of the old patients with hip fracture. It can enhance functional rehabilitation of the hip joint.
